Bridal Advisory Session
Planning your wedding décor starts with a one-on-one conversation focused on your expectations, inspiration, and design goals. During this 45–60-minute session, you’ll meet with LaTonya (and one special guest of your choice) to discuss every element that will define your day — from budget and florals to color palette and overall event style.
Together, you’ll explore ceremony and reception décor options, rental needs, and any concierge services that will make your planning effortless.

Event invoice provided within 3–5 business days
Booking:
A non-refundable Save-The-Date Retainer of $1,000 is required to secure your wedding date. This amount will be applied toward your final balance.
Social Event Advisory Session
From milestone birthdays to corporate luncheons and bridal showers, each celebration receives the same personalized attention and refined touch. During your 45–60-minute design meeting, LaTonya helps you define your event theme, color palette, floral direction, and décor selections.

Venue Visit – Outside Service Area (90-mile radius) – $150 (1 hour)
Extended travel consultation and full site assessment.

Secure your session and meet with LaTonya to discuss your vision, event style, and overall goals. This step establishes the creative and logistical foundation for your celebration.
Step 2: Design & Planning
Your event comes to life exactly Ashley envisioned. LaTonya oversees every detail, from setup to completion, ensuring a seamless, beautifully orchestrated celebration.
Step 3: Execution
Once your retainer is received, LaTonya curates a vision board, color palette, and overall concept. Every design element, vendor detail, and timeline is coordinated to ensure a cohesive and stress-free process.

Yes. Booked Elegant Events offers flexible monthly payment plans. A minimum $1,000 retainer secures your event. For events six months or more away, 20% of the total balance is due to book. For events within six months, 50% is required.

Booked accepts cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and all major debit/credit cards. Final balances are due two weeks before the event date.
