Refund Policy
Booked Elegant Events – Event Planning & Design Services
Purpose
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for services provided by Booked Elegant Events.
Deposit & Payment Structure
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your event date and begin planning services.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The deposit confirms your booking and reserves your date exclusively.
Cancellations by Client
If a client chooses to cancel services, the following refund terms apply:
More than 60 days before the event:
Any payments made will be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit.
30–60 days before the event:
A 50% refund of payments made will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Less than 30 days before the event:
No refunds will be issued.
Cancellations by Booked Elegant Events
In the rare event that Booked Elegant Events must cancel services, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their event, subject to availability.
Requests made more than 30 days prior to the event may be accommodated without penalty.
Requests made within 30 days of the event may be subject to a rescheduling fee, which will be communicated at the time of the request.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond either party’s control (including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions), Booked Elegant Events will work with the client to determine a fair and reasonable resolution. Refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Booked Elegant Events.

Policy Updates
Booked Elegant Events reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to future bookings and will be communicated accordingly.
